By leveraging the exceptional antioxidant properties of insect oil that we have identified, this project aims to establish insect oil as a new industrial lipid resource. In addition, these properties will be applied to feed derived from insect proteins to enhance their added value, thereby creating a market foundation for insect-based feed.
Through these efforts, we seek to promote sustainable resource utilization while ensuring commercial viability and profitability as a business.
